On this day, 23 years ago, my life changed forever.
A car accident, followed by wrong medical diagnoses, left me in a wheelchair for two years and going through five long years of rehabilitation.
After countless surgeries, a coma with brain death, and thanks to an exceptional medical team, I eventually learned to walk again, even though I could no longer feel my right leg.
Despite the fear, despite the suffering, I chose to believe, to fight, and to learn how to live again, step by step.
I still remember the pain, the dependence on medication, the anger toward this body that I could no longer control.
Then one day, an extraordinary doctor taught me how to meditate, how to visualize, how to breathe life differently. That’s when everything started to change.
Back then, I had no idea that this journey would lead me to where I am today.
When I regained my independence, I thought I had overcome the hardest challenge of my life.
But my divorce brought wounds even deeper than those of my body.
Because yes, “the heart has its reasons which reason knows nothing of.”
I had to grieve the dream of a family, learn to survive, and rise again as a single mother.
Some knew me in rehabilitation centers, others as a businesswoman in real estate, or as the founder of a high-tech brand.
I’ve traveled the world, met incredible people, lived many lives…
And today, I stand here, a Meditation Master and Coach, helping others find their own light.
🌸 Life is full of surprises, and it always takes us exactly where we need to go.
My scars remind me every day that life can be a battle, but above all, that we must love life, as long as our heart is still beating.
And if I share this today, it’s not to look back with regret, but with gratitude, for every challenge, every step, every lesson.
Live fully, respect yourself, and cherish every single moment.
Not a day goes by without me feeling grateful for my son’s smile, for the sweetness of our shared moments.
And even though the physical pain remains, that’s normal, the body remembers, I never forget that emotional pain leaves even deeper marks.
So please…
👉 Look around you. See the beauty, the kindness, the light.
And let your worries fade away, even if just for a moment.
Take care of yourself.
