1. General Policy
At Veronik’A Path LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and digital programs.
Due to the nature of our services (digital content and coaching), all purchases are considered final, except as explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Coaching Sessions
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and non-transferable
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in full loss of the session

3. Online Programs and Digital Products
Access and Refund Conditions
A 14-day withdrawal period may apply only if the program has not been accessed.
Once any of the following occurs:
Access credentials have been used
The platform has been accessed
Any content, module, or material has been viewed or downloaded
No refund will be issued

4. Program Participation
By purchasing a program, you acknowledge that:
Digital content is delivered immediately
Access to the program constitutes full use of the service
You therefore waive any right to a refund once access has been granted
No refunds will be issued for:
Lack of participation
Partial completion
Personal circumstances
Dissatisfaction with results

5. Short-Term and Fixed-Duration Programs
Programs with a defined duration (including intensive or short-term programs) are:
non-refundable once started

This condition is clearly accepted at the time of purchase.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of Veronik’A Path LLC.
All requests must:
Be submitted in writing
Include clear justification
Be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Approval is not guaranteed.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks (Important)
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate unjustified disputes or chargebacks.
In case of abuse, we reserve the right to:
Immediately suspend access to all services
Deny future purchases
Provide all relevant documentation to payment providers
Take appropriate legal action if necessary

Results are not guaranteed
Outcomes depend on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances
Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with results.
